Still Waiting...

It’s now been over a week and I have not heard one word from any of the District or City Attorneys that I mailed my inquiries to. If I don’t hear by the end of the week, then it’s going to be Phase II (I’m not real sure what that will be, but it will be very serious!)

As you all know, Saturday the 19th is Nevada caucus day. I’ve personally examined all of the candidates that want to be president and have come to one conclusion.

Fred Thompson…08!!

Agree or disagree, I don’t really care, but I think that Fred upholds the conservative principles that I believe in and is a very longtime supporter of our Second Amendment rights.

If you go to caucus on Saturday, please consider Fred as your candidate.

We Must Remain Ever Vigilant…Ever Watchful

The republican/Bush DOJ have filed a brief taking DC's side in the D.C. vs Heller Second Amendment case now before SCOTUS.
Here is a link to John Lott’s short look at this, http://article.nationalreview.com/?…DE4N2QzN2U2YzM=
Being blind-sided like this is NOT what will help republican candidates with
The Gun Vote" just before our caucus, it's enough to make you wonder if they are trying to throw the election!
It reinforces the notion that there is no difference in the parties when it comes to sincerely defending our constitutional rights from further infringement.

This is DOJ is regurgitating the old “Reasonable Restrictions” argument, just like Hitlery, Boxer, Fienstein, Schumer, McCain, Guiliani, HCI, and other feculent liberals!

The Bush DOJ say’s that they support the Second Amendment as an individual right, so long as that RIGHT does not interfere in any way with Gov. Org.’s ability to retain all existing “law” restricting our choice of to what arms we may own and use.

So far as I have been able to determine only Fred Thompson has made any comment on this betrayal, saying DOJ is “Over-lawyering” the issue.
I am sure Ron Paul would probably have an even stronger condemnation if he were asked.

I suggest that RKBA activist need to contact our members of congress and the white house, tell them to demand that DOJ retract this brief.
