My favorite Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist, Vin Suprynowicz, has done it again! Another outstanding defense of our Section 11 and Second Amendment rights. Read it HERE
This week’s column takes on a reader that lives in that utopian world where if guns are banned then everyone will be safe and free from harm. Vin shows that millions of deaths this past century started out with gun confiscations and bans. I won’t ruin the column for you, but suffice it to say Vin Suprynowicz gets it…always has…always will!
I just wish that, again, Vin would bring it home!! I don’t know if he’s afraid of the “powers that be” here in Clark County or if he thinks we’re just too insignificant for commentary. Whatever the case, he’s missed another opportunity to shine the light of truth on the archaic, illegal, and arbitrary firearms ordinances that plague the residents of his home county.
I ask every one of you to once again put comments on the R-J page where his column appears. Ask Vin to look a lot closer than Poland, Laos, and Nazi Germany for examples of the right of the people to keep and bear arms being restricted.
Now I do not wish to compare what we face here in Clark County with the tragedy of the holocaust or the Pol Pot regime, but once the camel’s nose is in the tent can the rest of him be far behind?
